We were attending the Tauranga Jazz Festival held at Baycourt. The location of this hotel was ideal located virtually across the street. This made it really easy for us. The hotel is also very easy to get to as you get off the motorway. It is really close to the exit. Our room was spacious and very clean. It has a queen bed that comfortably sleeps two and a single bed, which is good for another adult or child. Everything was clean and well-maintained with carparking right in front. If we go back to the Jazz Festival and we most likely will then we will definitely consider staying here again. This time our trip was relatively short (to see our daughter perform) but it was very comfortable. All in all this was very good value for money.

Our family stayed here over Anzac weekend for two nights. (We travelled to Tauranga for a sporting event for our children). We were very happy with the accommodation and had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and tidy and the rooms were comfortable (we had booked a family suite). The property is very central and close to restaurants and a huge playground (with Hairy Maclary statues). The staff were extremely friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to have our room serviced during our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you again!

The facilities were excellent and cleanliness was impeccable. The room had a functioning kitchenette (including an electronic stove), which can be really useful if you want to cook something. The bathroom was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. The motel was close to may restaurants and Mount Maunganui was just about 10 minutes drive away.

*Friendly, kind, and reachable staff *Great location (in the middle of the Tauranga township) *within walking distance from the facility I needed to access every day during my stay *A clean, tidy, and unexpectedly large guestroom (Family Villa) was provided *A safe and secured private gate with a lock and a private parking area *Spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped modern kitchen *Two clean bathrooms, including ensuite, and both showers have good water pressure, which comes through a large hot water cylinder *Airconditioners were installed in all bedrooms and the living room area *a large TV and a large dining table *Good WiFi *Beds are warm and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our one bedroom unit It was very big, well laid out, nice decor & furnishings Very clean & tidy We had a Studio room last time we stayed which was great too but this room was awesome Definitely would stay again especially if it was in the one bedroom unit Even had a bath which was lovely

We would like to share our incredible experience with Durham Court Motor Inn. The location was absolutely perfect, with fantastic restaurants located in nearby downtown and the stunning Waterfront - just a stone's throw away. Furthermore, the room was impeccably serviced each day by the most accommodating staff members, who demonstrated great flexibility to ensure we could continue watching the Rugby semi-finals. Thank you to everyone involved for making our stay truly unforgettable. We are definitely planning to visit again next year and can't wait to experience the outstanding service once more.

Friendly Receptionist at check in, she quickly got our room keys sorted and was helpful. All units are on ground level which was great, there was a sitting area with a tables under a shaded area directly outside each unit it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy some refreshments. There was a lovely pool area too, but sadly were were not staying longer to enjoy this facility looked incredibly inviting, as the weather was muggy.

Very clean, generous sized room for 2 adults and 1 child, well equipped (kitchenette had everything we needed, didn't use the cooking facillities), air conditioning, SkyTV, generous extra amenties such as coffee, hot chocolate, tea, soaps, shampoo and towerls, and wonderful staff. Location was handy to waterfront and short drive to the Mount. The multiple wide windows lit up the room well which did not make it feel like a dark motel.

We had a every enjoyable weekend stay at the Durham. Staff were very friendly, and went over the top accommodating our needs as we travelled with a 92 year old with limited mobility. The quality and comfort of the unit was beyond our expectations and really added to a fun weekend away. Great pool and very central location to downtown Tauranga and access to Mount and ring roads.
